Gary provides hands-on, one-on-one management for condos, townhomes, single-family homes, multi-family properties and second homes. As your property manager, he serves as the direct point of contact for tenants, maintenance issues, vendors and the day-to-day needs of your property.
An air conditioning problem on a Sunday night? A tenant has an issue? A vendor needs to access the property? Gary is the person you call.
A licensed Florida Realtor since 1989, Gary brings decades of real estate experience to the management of the properties he serves. His goal is to find the right tenant, keep good tenants happy, protect the property and provide the owner with a steady income stream without the hassle of handling the day-to-day management from a distance.
